Meridian Cargo collects information necessary to execute logistics dispatches, issue waybills, process rate quotes, and comply with international customs laws. This includes shipper and consignee names, business addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and cargo description manifests.
2. Satellite & IoT Telemetry Data
Smart container sensors (shock, temperature, door seal status, and GPS coordinates) collect environmental and spatial telemetry during transit. Telemetry data is encrypted in transit and accessible only to authorized operators and authenticated waybill tracking users.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your contact and consignment information is strictly used for:
- Generating official waybills, Bills of Lading, and customs manifests.
- Providing live waybill tracking updates on
track.php. - Contacting consignees for delivery scheduling and POD signatures.
- Fulfilling legal regulatory requirements with port authorities and customs clearance.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent commercial customer data. Information is shared strictly with authorized customs brokers, port terminal operators, and partner ocean/air carriers necessary to complete international freight delivery.
